 We understand the negative impact that this quarantine could be having on you and your loved ones, and we want to help! This 21-day program will focus on how to fuel your body with the right foods, but more importantly right now, how to nourish your mental health. We provide tips and guidance on how to navigate emotional eating, binging, and how to keep a healthy mindset with food. With a focus on the mind-body connection and intuitive eating, you will feel supported and connected through check-ins and several types of resources.
