Our meal plan is roughly 1500 calories a day, 70% fat, 10% carbs and 20% protein. Portions may be adjusted as needed. 

 

7 Day Vegan Meal Plan

 

This plan includes beautiful vegan recipes that are made from real food ingredients and are gluten free. This plan is roughly 1600-1800 calories per day.

Customized Meal Plan or Recipe Book

 

Are you looking for a meal plan or recipe book specifc to your needs? Creating a meal for yourself or finding recipes can be very time consuming! It often takes us over 90 minutes to create customized meal plans and we're professionals!

 

All of our clients receive a customized meal plan and recipes as part of their package. If you are not ready to commit to a package of sessions and only want a meal plan we can still help. We require a short 30-minute phone consult to learn more about your likes, dislikes, health concerns, cooking skills, time constraints, etc. Within 48 hours of your call you will receive the meal plan in a professional PDF format. One revision is allowed.
