Hello! I'm Dariella...



I'm a registered dietitian and functional medicine nutritionist. I've had my own long history of hormonal issues and have dedicated my career to helping others. For 15 years, I've been helping women overcome hormonal imbalances, fatigue, cravings, and digestive concerns using an integrative treatment plan that includes nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation and functional testing so that they can feel their best and get their life back.

You'll schedule three 45-minute sessions with your dietitian at the beginning, middle and end of the program. We provide you with personalized support, recommnedations and protocols based on your history, symptoms and lab results.

Functional Lab Tests

We use Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and blood work which includes a full thyroid panel, hormone panel, complete metabolic panel, fasting insulin, vitamin B12 and vitamin D to dive deeper into the root cause of your hormonal imbalances. (Restrictions apply in NJ, NY and RI).

Weekly Check-ins

Every week your dietitian will be available for "Office Hours" where you can schedule quick, 15-minute phone calls to ask questions, troubleshoot or share wins. You'll also have access to our private chat support Mon-Fri.

  • How much support do I get?

    You'll get three personal 1:1 sessions, weekly check-ins and access to our HIPAA compliant chat support. You'll also be added to our online support community of like-minded women. 

  • What tests are available?

    We include Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and blood work (thyroid, hormones, CMP, vitamin B12 & D) to deep dive into the root cause of your hormonal imbalances. Additional tests such as GI Map and DUTCH can be added for a additional fee. 

  • What if I can't get through all the content in 4 months?

    Once you enroll, you’ll create an account and login to review the material. However, I suggest you download the resources to your computer should you choose to leave the program when your time has ended. If you'd like continued access to the resources, you'll have the opportunity to remain in our low-cost monthly membership.

  • Can I get a full refund if I'm not satisfied?

    It is my intention for you to be happy with your Program. However, because I have invested considerable time and effort in your this program, if you decide to withdraw at any time for any reason, you are still fully responsible for making all program payments, and no refunds will be provided. 

  • Will I get support after the program ends?

    Yes. If you'd like continued support once you complete the program, The Hormone Harmony Membership is perfect for you. You'll remain in the client support group, have access to the client portal, weekly office hour calls, any new content that's added, and option to re-test at VIP pricing.

  • I'm so busy! How much time do I have to invest each week?

    I get it. As a busy woman myself, I had other busy women (like you) in mind when creating the program. I've designed it so it's easy to digest and I recommned spending at least 20-30 minutes a week on the content. There are no long videos or ebooks to download. Participation in the office hour calls and the client support group are not mandatory. Most of our clients are action takers, get incredible results by diving into the modules, implementing what they learn, as well as the personalized protocols we create.
